Project phase models: Requesting and releasing phases - with a focus on HERMES

This webinar has been recorded in German language. There are various project management methods. Many of these are waterfall methods and are based on a phase model. Large, long-lasting projects in particular are often divided into phases. Such project phases usually end with a milestone, at which important intermediate goals must be achieved before the next phase can begin. Milestones are acceptance points in the project at which the phase results and objectives are formally checked and approved. In this webinar, we will discuss the HERMES model and show how it can be mapped in PQFORCE. We will go into the configuration options of the PQFORCE Enterprise Edition and demonstrate how phase transitions can be controlled using the release workflow.
