Resources and projects
The subscribed system includes the number of project and resource objects (license seats) you have selected and paid for. Regardless of the individual project statuses, all projects created and managed within the system are counted towards the subscribed total. This specifically applies to completed projects, which can still be archived. All objects that can be scheduled within the projects are considered resources. This encompasses personnel resources (employees) and all organisational units.
Deployment of the system
After successful payment by credit card, your system will be ready to use within a few minutes. You can access your system from the PQFORCE homepage dashboard, which is available after logging in. You may upgrade the number of projects and/or resources (from the Professional edition onwards) at any time. An upgrade will be active on your system within a few minutes. When you upgrade, the costs of the additional projects and resources will be charged to your credit card on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing period. For downgrades, you can manage your subscription directly from the "Manage Subscription" page on the Homepage Dashboard.
Renewal of the subscription
Your subscription will be automatically renewed based on the selected payment period. You can enable or disable automatic renewal on the “Manage Subscription” page in the Homepage Dashboard. Before the end of the current billing period, you can also change the payment period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) in the Customer Center.
Deactivation of the system
You can disable automatic renewal of the subscription in the Customer Centre. It is also possible via “Manage Subscription” in the Homepage Dashboard – always towards the end of the current subscription period.
Once the subscription expires or if payments are not processed (for instance, if the credit card cannot be charged), the access to your system is automatically deactivated. However, a deactivated system can still be reactivated for further use.
INTRASOFT guarantees that the data of a deactivated system will be preserved for 90 days after deactivation. Reactivation of the system after this 90-day period is generally not possible.
