Resources and projects
The subscribed system comprises the number of project and resource objects (license slots) you have defined. Regardless of the respective project status, all projects created and managed in the system are included in the subscribed quantity. This also applies in particular to completed projects, which can, however, be archived. All objects that can be scheduled in the projects are counted as resources. This includes personnel resources (employees) and all organisational units.
Deployment of the system
After successful payment by credit card, your system will be ready for use within a few minutes. You will be able to access your system from the homepage dashboard, which will be available upon log in. You can upgrade the number of resources or projects at any time. An upgrade will be active on your system within a few minutes. When you upgrade, the price of the additional number of resources and projects will be charged to your credit card on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current payment period. For downgrades, you can manage your subscription directly from the "Manage Subscription" page of the system.
Renewal of the subscription
Your subscription is automatically renewed according to the payment period you have selected. Automatic renewal can be enabled or disabled from the Customer Centre. At the end of the current payment period, you can also change the payment period (for example: monthly, quarterly or yearly) in the Customer Centre.
Deactivation of the system
You can switch off the automatic renewal of the subscription in the Customer Centre closer to the end of the current subscription period. After the subscription expires or if payments are not made (for example: the credit card cannot be charged), access to your system is automatically deactivated. However, a deactivated system can still be reactivated for further use. INTRASOFT guarantees that the data of a deactivated system will be preserved for a period of 90 days after deactivation. Reactivation of the system the system after the 90-day period is generally not possible.
