Access Data Collected by the Hosting Provider (Access Logs)
Our website is hosted by Hostpoint AG (hereinafter referred to as the Hosting Provider). The following data is collected for each visit and stored in access log files:

The Hosting Provider stores these logs primarily for legal reasons, such as detecting abuse. We do not evaluate this data. Personal Data in PQFORCE
Personal data is collected directly when you:
Purchase a PQFORCE subscription and create user accounts
Create personnel resources in PQFORCE and record personal data about yourself or third parties (e.g. employees of your organisation)
The personal data collected and stored in PQFORCE may include your name, email address, job title, working time model, and work activities. Depending on the administrator's system configuration and the implemented use cases, users may record additional personal data.
The creation and provision of user accounts, along with control over data access in PQFORCE, lies entirely with you (the customer). We use personal data in PQFORCE that is anonymised for analysis purposes. It is explicitly not used for marketing purposes.
We use service providers for the operation of PQFORCE. These providers manage application and database servers for PQFORCE and may therefore have indirect access to the data in PQFORCE. We ensure that these providers are subject to the same data privacy measures.
The storage and processing of your data in PQFORCE is governed by the PQFORCE User Agreement. The following explanations refer solely to personal data on our website.
