Join us for the next PQFORCE Community of Practice Meeting, a joint initiative of our partner companies OMEGA IT Consulting, cross-ING, Stetig and Quantis Information Management. This event aims to bring together PQFORCE users and foster an exchange of valuable insights, approaches and best practices.

The main focus of the upcoming event will be "Mastering customer needs: from hybrid to quality gates": how PQFORCE users successfully implement specific customer requirements with existing functions.

From hybrid project management with PQFORCE & Jira to project quality gates with review processes, speakers will present concrete solutions, discuss challenges and provide inspiration for your own organisation.

14:10-15:00h A. Ziegler & A. Mühlemann The presentation shows how classic portfolio management and agile teamwork can be effectively combined. Using the example of the Swiss Federal Office SECO, it explains how PQFORCE and Jira are integrated to seamlessly combine strategic planning, capacity management, and agile implementation—including lessons learned and success factors for culture and collaboration.

15:00-15:40h A. Aschenbrenner & D. Pfau Learn how we use a smart consolidation script—LogBase—to transform PQFORCE logs and comments into clear, filterable insights and, in combination with structured governance, simplify team and stakeholder communication.

PQFORCE Showcase "Project Quality Gates with Review Process"

16:10-16:50h Dr. Daniel Hösli How can quality gate reviews in a project be handled entirely digitally with PQFORCE? We show an example implementation with a review process where reviewers are invited by email with a link to documents and can report their results using to-do lists. The system controls the process and summarizes the results in a review report.
