We offer ongoing training courses for new and existing partners - free of charge. Apply to join our partner community and then complete the PQFORCE Foundation Course to be certified.

  • 1. Get to know the PQFORCE user functionalities

    You will engage in two half-day courses within the module, actively exploring the entire range of PQFORCE user functionalities. This comprehensive training will empower you to effectively train users on the customer side with a role-oriented approach. Successfully completing this module is necessary to attain the partner roles of "Sales Partner" and "Consulting Partner."

  • 2. System configuration - from standard to customised solution

    In this module, you will explore PQFORCE's versatile configuration options. This knowledge will empower you to provide detailed advice to customers and tailor PQFORCE to their specific needs. Successfully completing this module will serve as a prerequisite for obtaining the "Consulting Partner" certification.

  • 3. The PQFORCE REST API and interface possibilities

    Explore the possibilities of our REST API and learn how interfaces are specified to be seamlessly implemented by an Integration Partner. This module is a prerequisite for obtaining the partner roles "Consulting Partner" and "Integration Partner."

  • 4. The integration framework PQFORCE Agent for building customer-specific interfaces

    Delve into the PQFORCE Agent as a framework for developing system integrations. This module is designed for software developers or integration specialists and serves as the necessary step to obtain the "Integration Partner" partner certificate.

  • Are there any costs associated with being a PQFORCE partner?

    No, there are no direct costs for becoming a PQFORCE partner. We provide free training, and upon completion, you receive a certificate. Your active participation in the partnership is required. A partnership agreement will outline all details. After certification, you can support PQFORCE customers as a service provider. 

  • What training do I need to assist customers as a PQFORCE partner?

    We provide concise yet intensive basic training, but active and ongoing engagement with the platform is crucial. As outlined in the partnership agreement, partners receive exclusive access to a free demo system (Enterprise Edition), online documentation, and periodic training to stay updated on PQFORCE features. 

  • Can I acquire multiple partner roles, perhaps in the same course?

    Yes, it's possible.   

    Partner roles involve specific training modules: 

    • Completing Module 1 qualifies for the "Sales Partner" role.  
    • Modules 1, 2, and 3 are prerequisites for the "Consulting Partner" role.  
    • Modules 3 and 4 give you the "Integration Partner" qualification.   

    Attending more modules simultaneously gives you more certificates.   

    Alternatively, attending only Module 1 initially certifies you as a "Sales Partner," allowing you to catch up on Modules 2 and 3 at a later course to qualify as a "Consulting Partner". 

  • Does the "Sales Partner" role make me a PQFORCE salesperson?

    The "Sales Partner" role is intended as sales support. With your network in the consulting business, you assist in introducing PQFORCE and its benefits to potential customers. We manage the sales process, and you receive a commission for customer referrals. Additionally, obtaining the "Consulting Partner" certificate empowers you to offer system implementation and support services directly to the new customer.
