Improved portfolio budget view
- The budget distribution for a restricted period is now fully calculated and displayed. The budgets are now also displayed in relation to the time period.
- All data in the view is displayed in the selected currency, including the budgets. Allocations can be made in the selected currency.
- Rounding errors in currency conversions have been reduced.

Improved SSO with SAML 2.0
- Requests sent by PQFORCE to the identity provider can now optionally be signed.
- Optionally, the assertion consumer service URL can be sent to the identity provider.
- A secondary fingerprint allows a smoother transition when changing certificates.
