This webinar has been recorded in German language. Finding the right person for a project task is exactly what PQFORCE does very well. Once we have created the work breakdown structure for a project with all its tasks, we can easily find the resource with the right skills and sufficient availability for each individual task. But will we get this resource approved? In this webinar, we show how resources can be allocated to project tasks. We will discuss how to use a workflow to request such allocations. And we will discuss how resource managers check and approve such requests. We also show how we can deal with the fact that tasks sometimes change, e.g. take longer, and how resource releases are affected by this.
