This webinar has been recorded in German language. An ongoing project is not only checked again for target achievement when it is completed. It is worthwhile for the client to check in regularly and ask the project management to show them where the project currently stands, what has been achieved so far and what the outlook is. It is also not uncommon for the framework conditions to change during the course of implementation. The project management should inform the client of this at an early stage and be able to revise the specifications such as time, budget or scope with change requests. In this webinar, we will demonstrate how project status reports and change requests can be designed in PQFORCE. We will show how such report types are completed and submitted via a workflow for review and approval. We look at how reminders can be set up. And finally, we show how a traffic light overview of projects can be called up at portfolio level.
