- How does the Starter Edition pricing work?
The price for a Starter Edition Workspace consists of the price of the selected quantity of resources and projects. Higher quantities result in a lower price per unit. Additionally, there is a discount for choosing a longer billing period. The Starter Edition includes 10 projects for free.
- How many users can I add to a PQFORCE Starter Workspace?
The Starter Edition can have between 10 and 35 resources, depending on the subscription. This means that depending on your subscription, a maximum of 9 to 34 employee resources and thus 9 to 34 users can be added to your workspace.
- How can I cancel my PQFORCE subscription?
You can deactivate the renewal of your PQFORCE subscription in the Customer Center. Your subscription will become inactive at the end of the current billing cycle. Systems of inactive subscriptions are automatically deleted after 3 months.
- Can I reset my PQFORCE Starter Workspace to PQFORCE Free?
No, it is not possible to reset a PQFORCE Workspace to a lower edition.
- When will I be invoiced?
You will be billed automatically for your subscription at the end of a billing cycle. You will also be prompted for payment when you upgrade your subscription.
- What other PQFORCE editions are available?
If you want to work with more resources and projects and a wider range of functions, you should take a closer look at the Advanced Edition. For management and control of larger organizations or for more specific requirements, you should contact us about the Enterprise Edition.
