Join us for the next PQFORCE Community of Practice Meeting, a joint initiative of our partner companies OMEGA IT Consulting, cross-ING, Stetig and Quantis Information Management. This event aims to bring together PQFORCE users and foster an exchange of valuable insights, approaches and best practices. At the upcoming event, we will again focus intensively on a yet-to-be-determined topic related to project and project portfolio management, accompanied by expert presentations and insightful real-world case studies.

Why should you join us? We'll show you how to manage direct and indirect project costs effectively and efficiently in PQFORCE.
At the heart of the event are two parallel workshops on the topics of direct costs and personnel expenses (indirect costs) and how these can be optimally managed in PQFORCE. We will go into terms such as budget, planned and actual costs, show configuration options for adapting PQFORCE to customer-specific requirements, and we will also discuss interfaces to third-party systems such as ERP in particular.
We recommend the PQFORCE Webinar #5 as preparation for the workshop. It explains typical terms and basic functionalities of PQFORCE around cost management.

Workshop A: Management of primary costs in the project
Clarify terms: How does PQFORCE map budgets and costs? How are primary costs differentiated from personnel costs in PQFORCE? What does this look like in practice based on specific use cases? Handling of data and integration with third-party systems: What do possible implementations and configurations in PQFORCE look like? Discussion and best practice exchange: How is the topic currently being implemented by the participants?
Workshop B: Dealing with personnel expenses and costs in the project
We use the process to discuss the individual components of personnel costs. The participants can contribute their practical experience and thus benefit from each other. We will demonstrate directly in PQFORCE where to find what.
