A PQForce subscription includes access to our service desk. Depending on the service level agreement (SLA) you can reach us via different channels and at different times.
Emails to our support address get automatically filtered and managed by our issue tracking system. In your customer account you get access to all open issues with live information about the current status of all issues. Please send us your support requests solely through one of the following support channels. With a basic SLA you can reach us as follows.

- Monday to Friday (except for official bank holidays in the canton of Zug, Switzerland)
- 09:00am to 12:00pm and 01:00pm to 04:00pm
