PQFORCE - From now on we are on the road with partners

The first round of partner trainings is already behind us. From now on, four consulting firms can call themselves certified PQFORCE partners and can expand their service portfolio with consulting services around PQFORCE. Our customers thus benefit from a larger selection of service providers and PM experts during system implementation.

The training to become a PQFORCE Consulting Partner was successfully completed with the last course day on April 12 at Pier 41 in Zug. The representatives of the four consulting firms are allowed to carry the newly created partner certificate of INTRASOFT and thus identify themselves as qualified service providers. Thus, the partner companies are able to accompany their customers during the implementation of PQFORCE as well as beyond that in the operational phase.

Comprehensive and high-dose training modules

The training days were conducted by INTRASOFT as the producer of the PQFORCE platform. The twelve participants were trained on various modules. While the first training day focused on user functionality, the second day provided in-depth insights behind the scenes - from various configuration options, the REST API and typical integration needs of customers to operating and licensing models, the participants were shown all the essential aspects of a modern software-as-a-service solution in the B2B environment.

Industry-specific project and support services for PQFORCE Enterprise Edition

One focus of the partner training was on the professional support of our customers during the introduction of the PQFORCE Enterprise Edition. The use of such a platform covers all essential company levels and a large group of users. The solution must therefore be introduced with organizational care, since it is usually a change project that intervenes in the corporate culture (aka digital transformation). Although our partners are left free to choose the project management methodology they deem appropriate for such implementation projects, the 3-phase model for PQFORCE implementations developed by INTRASOFT was presented and suggested to partners as best practice. However, due to their many years of consulting experience in the project business, our partners are very much in a position to address the specific needs of customers in the implementation project with their specialized industry know-how and to support them with competent support services even beyond the platform implementation.

Let one of our Sales Partners demonstrate PQFORCE to you

The PQFORCE Consulting Partner training also enables our partner companies to demonstrate the platform to interested customers and show its added values before an organization decides to pilot it. By completing the training, all participants are also able to act as Sales Partners. Via our contact page, we can thus put you in touch with a Sales Partner who can provide you with industry-specific assistance and answer initial questions.

By the way, the next partner trainings are already around the corner. In June the next PQFORCE Consulting Partners will be trained.
